I found the RLC website through the Internet. After browsing the different projects and studied the corresponding prices my wife and I decided that we'd like to purchase one so that we can have a place our own every time we visit Manila. I don't know anyone to contact to. I clicked on Richard's name in the first page and sent my query. Through mail exchanges Richard presented to us that it is a good investment and the return is great if we decide to rent it or sell it when the market goes up. Richard was very professional in answering our queries and with humility he helped me a lot in accomplishing all the paper works in purchasing the property.
