Richard Uy Sta Ines is an authorized Sales Manager of Robinsons Land Corporation.
He leads, motivates, coaches, and mentors a team of sales agents and real estate
associates. He is realizing success through managing others by planning, organizing,
directing, monitoring, and controlling to meet their objectives. He supports and manages
budget and operational components of sales agents. He develops effective and relevant
training and development programs for sales agents. He implements selling programs
that apply to individuals and the whole sales team. He supports and assists with the
implementation of business development activities of the company for its sales agents.
He helps and assists in decision making of buyers/investors in real estate. He ensures that they are well treated and satisfied with their buying decisions.
In addition to actively serving buyers/investors and sales team, he is responsible for all aspects of the business including planning, operations, and technology of RealtyManila.com.
