RLC to Develop Merville Pproperty Into Residential Condo Enclave

Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) is launching Woodsville — designed to be a 9.3-hectare sprawling family oasis — near Merville, Parañaque City.

RLC said this nature inspired project of the property giant is accessible by private and public transportation and is less than 10 minutes away from Makati, Fort Bonifacio Global City and the domestic and international airport.

Strategically situated between Bicutan and Nichols interchange, Woodsville is one of the few properties of such size that is close to the border of two major central business districts – Makati and Fort Bonifacio Global City.

"We intend to bring the Robinsons Land brand to South of Makati by developing this huge property into a nature inspired mixed-use type development with three gated enclaves consisting of affordable condominium units, townhouses, and duplex in the range of P2 million and up," said RLC High-Rise Buildings General Manager Danilo Ignacio.

Ignacio said residents will enjoy the convenience of living beside a mall and experience a unique level of safety and comfort as Woodsville will have its own Village Mall that houses several commercial and service establishments.

The first foray of RLC in Parañaque City, Woodsville is situated among the premier residential enclaves in the south of the metropolis and along busy thoroughfares.

"Woodsville's first enclave will be a 3-hectare community – aptly named Woodsville Viverde Mansions, this affordable residential condominium is geared in tapping the growing residential needs of start-up families and OFWs," said Ignacio.

With its sheer size and prime location, Robinsons Land said the newest community will help answer the needs of its target markets looking for an attractive address that are close to CBDs but not at the price of current CBD properties.
