Adriatico Residences: TOWER 1 & 2 SOLD-OUT
The Adriatico Residences, a 38-storey three
tower residential condominium development of Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC),
held the first concrete pouring for its second tower – Two Adriatico Place .
Due to the overwhelming success of sold-out Tower 1 & 2, RLC is now offering
Three Adriatico Place units for sale. Construction is on schedule for Tower
1 and 2 and will be ready for completion by December 2007 and December 2008
respectively.
Located at the corner of Adriatico and Pedro Gil Streets, right beside the
Robinsons Place Manila Mall, Adriatico Residences is close to government
offices, hospitals, educational institutions, lifestyle establishments, the
Light Rail Transit (LRT) and major roadways. Units come in affordable
studio, one, two and three-bedroom suites.
