Robinsons Land Acquires Jardine Merville property
Gokongwei-led Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC),
one of the country's leading property developers recently signed a
memorandum of agreement (MOA) with Jardine Davies Investments, Inc., (JDII)
for the purchase of its 9.3 hectare property located at Merville, Paranaque
City .
RLC intends to bring the Robinsons Land brand to south of Manila by
developing the sprawling property into a mixed-use type development composed
of several thematic enclaves to suit its target markets - with affordable
mid-rise condominium units and townhouses in the range of P2 million and up.
The Merville property is located between Nichols and Bicutan Interchange and
is accessible to private and public transportation. It is close to Astra
Zeneca Pharma along SLEX and is less than ten minutes away from Makati ,
Fort Bonifacio Global city and the Manila Domestic/NAIA Airport. For
