GROUNDBREAKING OF ROBINSONS CYBERGATE CENTER
TOWER 3
Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), the
country’s largest office landlord, recently broke ground for the
construction of its third office tower in Pioneer, Mandaluyong City – the
Robinsons Cybergate Tower 3. The construction of the third tower of
Robinsons Cybergate is due to the increasing demand for offices spaces from
call centers and business process outsourcing companies. The Cybergate
Towers are an integral part of the Pioneer Cybergate Complex, a modern
mixed-used community primarily designed as the convergence point for two of
metro Manila’s major Central Business Districts – Makati and Ortigas. The
complex also houses the Robinsons Pioneer Mall, three (3) residential
Condominiums namely One Gateway Place, Gateway Garden Ridge and Gateway
Garden Heights.
RLC High Rise Buildings Division (HRBD) General Manager Danilo E. Ignacio
spearheaded the groundbreaking of the Robinsons Cybergate Tower 3 (situated
in the middle of above photo). Also present during the activity were (from
