MAYNILAD PARTNERS WITH ROBINSONS LAND FOR ITS PROJECT IN
PARANAQUE
Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), one of the
leading property developers in the country and Maynilad Water Services,
entered into a partnership for RLC's newest residential project in Paranaque
– Woodsville Viverde Mansions. Maynilad gave its concurrence for RLC to tap
into its 900mm main pipeline along West Service Road and another secondary
150mm pipeline along the Edison Avenue . Through this undertaking, future
residents of Woodsville Viverde Mansions will be assured of ample water 24
hours a day, 7 days a week. There will also be provisions for cisterns and
elevated water tanks to further enhance the distribution of water.
Connection on these pipelines will begin by December 2006 simultaneous with
the construction of Woodsville Viverde Mansions.
Woodsville Viverde Mansions will rise along the West Service Road, between
Bicutan and Nichols interchange. Woodsville, a gated modern condo
development has everything a young family needs – 65% open space and
greeneries, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, adult and children swimming
