MANILA, Philippines -- Robinsons Land Corp., the real estate arm of the
Gokongwei group, announced it had launched its fourth residential condominium project in the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City, near the Makati business district.
Company vice president Mybelle Aragon-Gobio said the Trion Towers would rise on a one-hectare lot at the corner of 8th Avenue and McKinley Parkway, beside Ayala Land Inc.’s high-end
Serendra condominium complex.
Trion Towers will have three 49-story towers, each with 700 units, she said.
Construction will start late this year and is targeted for completion by 2011, she added.
A one-bedroom unit will measure 36.78-50.7 square meters; a two-bedroom unit, 54.18-57.47 square meters; and a three-bedroom unit, 90.96-114.3 square meters.
Gobio said Robinsons Land would offer financing schemes to allow home buyers to buy units for as low as P19,500 a month for 30 months.
The company, whose first three residential condominium projects in the Bonifacio Global City are the Fifth Avenue Place, McKinley Park Residences, and Fort Residences, plans to launch also
an upscale project on another one-hectare property there.
It recently announced an alliance with investment bank JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. that it said would reduce the time it takes to clear payments for housing projects by its international home
buyers.
The international market makes up roughly 15 percent of Robinsons’ total residential sales
