The Trion Towers Experience: In the Light of Luxury
Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - In the face of
ever-increasing urbanization and modernity, land has become an increasingly
precious commodity. Thus, it should surprise no one that real-estate
developers endeavor to maximize every square meter of their residential
high-rise developments in metropolitan Manila to achieve the maximum return of
investment. This often results in cramped, even stifling spaces which
developers try to mitigate through interior-design embellishments.
Given the current direction in residential high-rise developments, The Trion
Towers in Bonifacio Global City, one of premier real-estate developer
Robinsons Land Corp.’s luxury developments, offers something almost
revolutionary: breathtaking views and invigorating natural light in each and
every room of the Trion’s three 49-storey buildings laid out in a unique
tri-axial design.
Robinsons Land senior vice president Raoul E. Littaua says that it is
precisely the Trion’s tri-axial design which provides future homeowners such
premium features as natural light, natural ventilation and stunning views,
qualities that other vertical residential developments will be hard-pressed to
provide. “You will get a sense of this from the model units (designed by
Songsong & Periquet and JP+CG Architects Co.) in our showroom,” he says. “The
towers are positioned from one another so that no view is blocked off from
each unit.”
Indeed, depending on which tower one resides, one will get expansive views of
either scenic Laguna de Bay, the sophisticated Ortigas skyline, or Manila Bay
with its world-famous sunset. Moreover, each floor is laid-out in such a way
that it allows light in and air to flow freely, yielding a truly refreshing
atmosphere.
The Trion Towers features one-bedroom flat units (ranging from 42.13 to 55.29
sqm), two-bedroom flat units (58.98 to 61.83 sqm), and three-bedroom flat
units (101.11 to 123.02 sqm), all with high ceilings and huge windows to let
in the that relaxing breeze that come with high-rise living. The units are
excellent for full nesters or growing families, while some feature balconies
for al fresco moments unlike any other in the city.
The sense of luxury extends beyond the ingenious design of the towers, of
course. At the heart of the high-rise is the beautifully-landscaped Central
Plaza Garden, which spreads throughout the property to provide homeowners
sublime ponds, stirring meditation gardens, quiet reading nooks, calming paths
and a majestic fountain, features that encourage time to shut out the
hurly-burly of city life and recharge the soul. There is also the Stargazer’s
Garden for totally magical evenings.
