AmiSa, a resort community comprised of a hotel and a residential condominium, is located at the Punta Engano residential zone in Mactan, Cebu. It only takes a 15-minute drive from the Mactan airport or a 30-minute drive from the Cebu City proper to get to AmiSa

As the oldest city in the country, Cebu is popular tourist spot known for producing guitars and succulent dried mangoes. Among its attractions are Magellan's Cross, Lapu-Lapu shrine, Fort San Pedro, and the coral island of Mactan, where the 5 hectare residential property of AmiSa will stand.

Mactan is peaceful and quiet, yet well developed. Home to various world-class beach resorts, it has a mall along with domestic and international airports.
